Your first paid route will be emailed and added to your Kizashi Library within 7 calendar days after checkout. New routes are delivered weekly thereafter. Routes published before your purchase are not included.
To cancel, email support@kizashilab.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before renewal. We confirm cancellation and the access end date by email. Future deliveries stop on that date; charges already processed are not automatically refunded.
