This policy applies to paid trials, subscription charges, and digital editorial publications purchased from Kizashi in the United States.

Digital Delivery
Kizashi products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped or returned.
General Refund Rule
Trial charges and subscription payments are generally non-refundable after digital access is provided. This rule does not limit refunds required by applicable law.
Billing and Technical Exceptions
A refund or billing correction may be considered for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a verified technical failure that prevents access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
Trials and Renewals
Each trial has a charge shown before purchase. After the selected trial, the subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation Is Not a Refund
To cancel during a trial, email support@kizashilab.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your trial ends and the paid monthly subscription begins. To cancel an active subscription, send the request no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date.
We confirm cancellation by email and state your access end date. Cancellation stops future issues after that date but does not automatically refund a trial charge or subscription charge already processed. Issues delivered during a paid period remain in your Library and remain licensed after cancellation.
