Terms of Service

Purchases are offered only to customers located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Kizashi provides digital editorial publications, including recording-ready scripts, source ledgers, data tables, visual assets, show notes, and editorial guides. No physical goods are shipped.

A subscription may begin with a paid trial of 7, 14, or 30 days. The price due today, trial length, monthly renewal amount, and any bundle discount are displayed before payment.

After the selected trial, the subscription renews monthly at the displayed renewal price until canceled. Prices and charges are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly noted otherwise.

Applicable U.S. sales or similar taxes may be collected where required by law. Any tax collected by the Company will be identified as part of the transaction.

Paid content is licensed under the Content License incorporated into these Terms. The license permits creator and editorial use, including adaptation, recording, publication, and monetization of finished works, while prohibiting resale or distribution of the source files as a competing or stand-alone product.

Your first paid issue will be emailed and added to your Library within 7 calendar days after checkout. New issues are delivered weekly thereafter. Issues published before your purchase are not included.

Purchased content is delivered electronically through the Kizashi Library and through downloadable files where available. Access to new issues and subscription services requires an active subscription. Rights already granted for paid issues are governed by the Content License.

To cancel during a trial, email support@kizashilab.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your trial ends and the paid monthly subscription begins.

To cancel an active subscription, email support@kizashilab.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date.

We confirm cancellation by email and state your access end date. Access continues through that date; no future issues are delivered after it.

There are no cancellation fees. Charges already processed are not automatically refunded. Issues delivered during a paid period remain in your Library and remain licensed after cancellation.

Kizashi content is provided for editorial and educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Customers are responsible for final verification, adaptation, and publication decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for a direct claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina and applicable federal law, without depriving a consumer of non-waivable protections available under the law of the consumer's state of residence.
