The Company operates Kizashi, a digital editorial publication service providing recording-ready economic scripts, source ledgers, data tables, visual assets, show notes, and editorial guides about Japan.

Purchases are offered only to customers located in the United States. Prices and charges are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly noted otherwise.

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

• The selected paid trial begins when the order is completed.
• The monthly subscription begins after the selected trial.
• The renewal amount is disclosed before payment.
• The subscription renews monthly until canceled.
• Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Email support@kizashilab.com. Use “Cancel subscription” as the email subject. Trial cancellation requests must be sent no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your trial ends and the paid monthly subscription begins; active-subscription requests must be sent no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date.

Paid issues include commercial creator and editorial usage rights under the Commercial Content License. Source materials may not be resold or distributed as a stand-alone product.

Charges are intended to appear under the billing descriptor kizashilab.com. Questions about an unfamiliar charge should be sent to support@kizashilab.com.

Refund and billing-correction conditions are described in the Refund Policy. Cancellation of a subscription is separate from a refund request.
